IBPS (Institue of Banking Personnel Selection) is an autonomous body that conducts various exams for the recruitment of candidates in Banks as an Officer or Non-Officer.  Among the major exams, IBPS conducts the IBPS Clerk exam, which is a common recruitment process for the selection of personnel at the Clerical cadre level. IBPS will be conducting the IBPS Clerk 2019 exam starting from December 2019. The vacancies in the IBPS Clerk exam will depend upon the requirement of the participating institutions.

As per the policy of the IBPS, the selected candidate will be allotted 1 institution among the participating institutions on the basis of merit and preference keeping into consideration the government guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. 

Conditions of IBPS Clerk Selection:

1) The candidate who is interested in working at the participating banks at the Clerical Cadre Posts has to fill the form from an India state as the IBPS releases the state wise and category wise vacancies every year. 

2) The candidates who will be selected in the IBPS Clerk 2019 exam will be given the provisional allotment to the actual vacancies reported by the participating institutions.

3) The recruitment to the IBPS Clerk exam is a dynamic process and depends upon certain factors like-

IBPS Clerk 2019 Guidelines:

 

  • The IBPS releases the IBPS Clerk Important Dates in advance. The candidates must keep the track of all the Important dates of IBPS Clerk in advance. 
  • IBPS has set some rules to participate in the examination process. The candidates must check the IBPS Clerk eligibility criteria before applying to the IBPS Clerk exam.
  • For getting the final selection in IBPS Clerk exam, the candidate has to clear all the stages of the exam. The stages of the IBPS Clerk exam are-
  1. IBPS Clerk Preliminary Exam
  2. IBPS Clerk Main Exam
  • Any candidate who fails to clear any one of the stages will not be considered as a selected candidate by the IBPS.
  • The interested candidates of IBPS Clerk 2019 can apply only through the online medium at the official website of the IBPS.
  • On the guidelines of the Government of India, IBPS has distributed the seat matrix among the reserved and the unreserved categories. The candidate must check the seat matrix before applying to IBPS Clerk 2019.
  • The interested candidates must analyze the IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern carefully to perform well in the exam.
  • Candidates sitting in the IBPS Prelims 2019 and IBPS Main 2019 can check their IBPS Clerk results Online within 15 days from the conduction of the exam.
  • Less than two-month gap is provided between the IBPS Clerk Prelims and Main exam. The candidates are advised to organize their IBPS Clerk Preparation accordingly.
  • It is highly recommendable to the candidates to get to the latest news regarding the IBPS Clerk exam for fresh information.
  • The final merit of IBPS Clerk 2019 will be prepared by considering the score in the Mains exam only. There will be no interview for candidates applying for clerical posts.
