About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist customers visiting the outlet and provide detailed information about cars.
2. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable car options.
3. Drive car sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Conduct and manage test drives for potential buyers.
5. Support in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
6. Promote and cross-sell Value-Added Services (Insurance, Warranty, Loans, Buyback, etc.).
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
8. Ensure high-quality customer experience during walk-ins and sales interactions.
9. Coordinate with internal teams for car delivery, documentation, and after-sales support.
10. Ready to work on-site full-time (11 AM - 8 PM) and on weekends (Sat-Sun).
