About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1) Working with different types of leather materials, reinforcements, linings, and fittings for product development.
2) Coordinating and communicating with clients regarding ongoing projects, sampling updates, and feedback.
3) Managing sample development from design to completion, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
4) Preparing and sending mails/replies to clients and maintaining correspondence records.
5) Assisting in seasonal planning — researching and developing design directions, color palettes, and product styles for upcoming collections.
6) Maintaining detailed documentation of development activities, including design sheets, swatch records, and sample files.
7) Supporting the team in organizing production-ready files, mood boards, and style archives.
8) Collaborating with artisans and the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
