About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conducting research and showcasing seasonal trends in women's western & nightwear in terms of colors & fabrics
2. Producing innovative collections in line with the brand
3. Creating and executing original design concepts to formulate seasonal concepts that are market right
4. Translating design concepts into technical design specification packages, which includes illustrator flats with measurements, construction, and trim details
5. Evaluating samples for fit, measurement, and functionality from sampling to pre-production state
6. Managing the creation of all prints and artwork & ensuring that design and production calendar stages are being met
