About the Internship
As a Hotel Management (Food & Beverage Production) intern at Mirai Company, you will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and skills in Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing new food products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet market demands and company standards.
2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product development process and ensure timely delivery.
4. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, pricing, and ingredient lists.
5. Monitor the performance of existing products and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuation.
