About the Internship
Are you a confident communicator with a knack for persuasion and relationship building?Klyx is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telecaller (Sales Interns).
In this role, you’ll directly contribute to business growth by generating leads, engaging with prospects, and helping close clients — all while earning performance-based incentives.
If you perform well during the first month, you’ll be eligible for a fixed role with salary + incentive structure, along with formal onboarding and documentation.
How It Works
You’ll be part of our sales process from the ground up:
Generate qualified leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
Open conversations and introduce Klyx’s services to potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to help close deals.
Earn incentives for every successful client conversion.
Incentive Structure:
💰 10% per closed deal (base)
💰 12% if you close 2–3 clients in a month
💰 15% if you close 4–5 clients in a month
💰 20% if you close 6+ clients in a month
Your earnings grow as your performance does — there’s no cap on incentives!
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Klyx’s offerings.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to drive conversions.
Update client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Support the sales team in closing deals through communication and coordination.
Provide feedback and insights to improve telecalling scripts and strategies.
Meet weekly and monthly call/closure targets.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people daily.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Access to a smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection.
