About the Job
The BizFin analyst role acts as the strategic bridge between business operations and finance, ensuring that every decision is grounded in sound financial analysis and aligned with company goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, optimize costs, and support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities :
1. Partner with business teams to track performance metrics, analyze financial trends, and provide actionable insights.
2. Prepare and review business P&L statements, variance analysis, and key business reports.
3. Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure resource optimization.
4. Support pricing strategies and vendor negotiations with financial data.
5. Identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings.
7. Prepare management dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews.
