About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events
2. Calling and cold calling: Conduct regular calls and cold calls to pitch to customers, effectively communicating the value of our products and services
3. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
4. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence
5. Proposal development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results to senior management
8. Database management: Maintain a database of prospective client information using CRM tools or Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
9. Quota achievement: Meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews, ensuring consistent performance in sales activities
10. Career counselling and product offering: Provide career counselling to prospective students, understanding their learning objectives, and offering relevant products to meet their needs
Qualifications:
1. Candidates with any graduation or post-graduation degree are welcome to apply.

Skills required:
1. Strong analytical and research skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
4. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Working hours:
1. Six-day work week with mandatory working hours on Saturdays and Sundays
2. Each workday comprises eight (8) hours of work, exclusive of a one (1) hour break period
3. Schedule ensures time for collaboration, client engagement, and meeting sales targets
Probation/internship period:
1. Duration of 6 months with a salary of Rs. 18000/- per month
2. Salary reviewed upon successful completion based on performance and contributions
Salary post-probation/internship period:
1. Remuneration package of CTC 7 LPA (3 LPA + 4 LPA based on performance)
2. Additional applicable incentives aligned with company goals and contributions
Target:
1. Specific sales targets are set monthly/weekly and communicated in writing
2. Failure to meet targets may result in performance reviews affecting remuneration
3. Persistent underperformance may lead to disciplinary actions, including termination
