About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
2. Generate leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline
3. Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships to ensure client satisfaction
4. Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs and business goals
5. Drive sales and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding targets
6. Collaborate with internal teams and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (fresher or 1+ years preferred)
2. Communicate, negotiate, and interact effectively with clients
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Use CRM software and MS Office Suite proficiently
5. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Bring experience in a specific industry such as IT, retail, etc.
7. Understand digital marketing and use social media tools effectively
8. Forecast sales and manage pipelines efficiently
9. Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Shift timings are 7 am to 3:30 p.m. IST, Monday to Friday
