About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. E-commerce website management:
1. Manage, optimize, and scale our direct-to-consumer website for traffic, conversion, and retention.
2. Oversee UI/UX improvements, product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
3. Implement SEO and CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies.
B. Marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart & others):
1. Handle complete Amazon Seller Central & other marketplace accounts- product uploads, A+ content, keyword optimization, ad campaigns, and performance tracking.
2. Develop and execute growth plans to increase rankings, reviews, and sales.
3. Monitor competition and adjust pricing & strategy accordingly.
C. Cross-functional collaboration:
1. Work closely with operations, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales plans.
2. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers where required.
D. Digital marketing & growth:
1. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) for traffic and sales growth.
2. Drive email marketing, retargeting, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs.
3. Use analytics tools to track KPIs and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.
