About the Job
Work on lead management:1. Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads.
2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
3. Update and maintain the CRM system with lead information accurately.
Provide sales support:
1. Schedule and coordinate meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
2. Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.
3. Assist in the creation of sales proposals and contracts.
4. Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses and decision-making.
Work on administrative tasks:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and schedule appointments.
3. Manage sales-related correspondence, including emails and letters.
4. Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
