1. Working on achieving sales targets
2. Reporting emerging trends in the market
3. Monitoring KPIs of PSRs (pre-sales representatives)
4. Troubleshooting market issues
5. Ensuring the availability of stock in the distributor
6. Aligning the distributor with growth goals
7. Ensuring PSR (pre-sales representative) salaries are received on time
8. Maintaining a culture of high performance and camaraderie in the team
What to expect:

3. 6 days working - 9 AM to 5:30 PM
