Key Responsibilities1. Lead the development of our platform using Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
2. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
3. Apply strong system design and architecture principles to build scalable and efficient infrastructure.
4. Demonstrate attention to detail with a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
5. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges.
6. Execute quickly and adapt to changing requirements with a willingness to take calculated risks.
7. Take ownership of impactful work and seek opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the product.
8. Mentor junior developers and uphold high standards for code quality and best practices.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
