6. Handle offer rollouts and led negotiation discussions aligned with company policies.
7. Maintain and update candidate data within ATS and internal databases.
8. Support employer branding initiatives across social media and job platforms.
9. Track hiring metrics and generate reports to optimize recruitment efficiency.
