About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage the full lifecycle of weekly online events: Zoom setup, landing pages, WhatsApp groups, instructor onboarding, and real-time monitoring
2. Coordinate with industry instructors (Amazon, Microsoft, Red Hat, etc.) and plan high-demand topics across SDE and Data domains
3. Write and execute email + WhatsApp reminder campaigns for each class (registration → go-live → feedback + certificate)
4. Optimize in-class pitch and follow-ups to increase course conversions
5. Monitor metrics like registrations, attendance, poll responses, feedback, and conversions, and share weekly reports
6. Work closely with sales, design, performance marketing, and instructors for campaign alignment and execution

4. Should not be an alien to the latest trends in business, social media & market behavior
