About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, execute and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
2. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
3. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages and audience targeting to improve performance.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
5. Work with product and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
6. Manage marketing budgets effectively and provide accurate spend forecasts.
7. Track, analyze and report key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging growth channels.
