About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Project planning and feasibility analysis: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to evaluate potential development projects. Prepare detailed project proposals and business cases for approval.
2. Land acquisition coordination: Liaise with landowners, government bodies, and legal teams to facilitate land acquisition processes. Ensure due diligence and clear title verification for development sites.
3. Budgeting and financial management: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial viability. Coordinate with finance teams for funding and financial reporting.
4. Regulatory compliance and approvals: Manage documentation and submission for all necessary government permits and clearances. Ensure adherence to zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
5. Vendor and consultant management: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
6. Project scheduling and tracking: Develop detailed project timelines and monitor progress against milestones. Identify and mitigate risks or delays.
7. Stakeholder communication: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
