Key responsibilities:1. Understand client job requirements and deliver recruitment solutions accordingly.
2. Source and reach out to qualified candidates through job portals, databases, and networking.
3. Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to offer rollout.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and follow-ups.
6. Build and maintain a talent pool for future requirements.
7. Represent the company at job fairs, hiring drives, and walk-ins.
