About the Role
Join us in building AI Agents for different modules within the Life Sciences CRM space. As a Python Developer, you’ll help design and develop intelligent components that automate, optimize, and enhance workflows across domains like sales, operations, and compliance.
You’ll work on cutting-edge AI systems that bring real-time intelligence and automation to a high-impact industry.


Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the business domain with minimal guidance from the management team, and create requirements and design documents.
2. Develop clean, scalable code using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
3. Work with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases for efficient data handling.
4. Leverage AI tools like Gemini and Copilot to enhance productivity.
5. Build and integrate end-to-end features across CRM modules.
6. Collaborate with the team to solve real-world life sciences challenges.
7. Take ownership of tasks, work under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
8. Continuously self-learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
9. Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and planning sessions.
