About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Recruitment and Placement
1. Develop recruitment plans based on company strategy and departmental needs, and complete talent needs analysis.
2. Publish job postings, screen resumes, organize interviews, written exams, and background checks.
3. Coordinate with hiring departments to make hiring decisions and complete onboarding procedures.
4. Optimize recruitment channels (such as campus recruiting and headhunter collaboration) to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
B. Employee Relationship Management
1. Handle the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, regularization, transfers, and resignations.
2. Maintain employee files, ensuring information accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Mediate employee conflicts, resolve labor disputes, and mitigate legal risks.
4. Organize employee activities (such as team-building and seminars) to enhance employee satisfaction.
C. Training and Development
Develop annual training plans, organize new employee orientation, and skills development training.
Assist departments in designing career development paths and promoting employee promotion and rotation mechanisms.
Evaluate training effectiveness and optimize the training system.
D. Performance Management
1. Develop a performance appraisal system and oversee the implementation of performance evaluations across departments. Summarize assessment results and assist management with performance interviews and improvement plans.
2. Apply performance assessment results to compensation, promotions, and other processes.
E. Corporate Culture and Strategic Support
1. Promote the implementation of corporate values and culture, enhancing employee sense of belonging.
2. Participate in company strategic planning and provide HR data support (e.g., talent pipeline analysis).
3. Optimize organizational structure and improve employee productivity.
