Key Responsibilities:1. Analyze learning needs and audience profiles to design targeted learning solutions.
2. Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure course content.
3. Develop instructional materials, storyboards, facilitator guides, and learner assessments.
4. Create engaging e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
5. Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to ensure content effectiveness.
6. Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to enhance learning experiences.
7. Review, test, and revise content to ensure accuracy and learner engagement.
8. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, and recommend improvements.
