About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel & Tourism Executive to join our growing travel desk. The ideal candidate will be the one-point contact for employees and vendors, responsible for handling end-to-end travel planning for both leisure and business travelers in the company. From understanding employee requirements and budgets to coordinating with vendors, negotiating rates, preparing customized itineraries, and collecting feedback — this role is critical to ensuring a seamless travel experience.Key responsibilities:
1. Speak to traveler to understand their travel requirements preferences
2. Design and propose customized travel itineraries as per specifications.
3. Research and coordinate with hotels, transport, guides, and other travel service providers to get quotes.
4. Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to optimize profitability.
5. prepare the final travel package for employee approval.
6. Coordinate with the employee for final confirmations, documentation, and timely collection of the package amount.
7. Maintain clear communication with both the employee and vendors throughout the process.
8. Act as a single point of contact for all employee and vendor communication.
9. Ensure all bookings are confirmed and documented properly.
10. Post-travel, follow up with employees to gather feedback
