About the Job
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented no-code Ops analyst to help streamline workflows, manage connected tools, and support day-to-day operational efficiency. If you have 0 - 1 years of experience in operations, systems, or business support and enjoy working with platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, Make.com, or Zapier- this role is for you. You'll work across departments to support automation, maintain data integrity, and improve internal processes using modern tools.Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, maintain, and improve automated workflows using tools like Make.com or Zapier.
2. Work with platforms like Zoho (Books, Billing, etc.), HubSpot, Notion and others to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.
3. Create and manage trackers, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets, using formulas and pivot tables.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and automate recurring tasks.
5. Troubleshoot issues with integrations, data mismatches, or broken workflows.
6. Maintain documentation and SOPs for operational processes and automations.
7. Assist in onboarding and maintaining third-party tools and system configurations.
