About the Job
We are a small but fast-growing digital marketing company offering Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, and performance marketing services. We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who’s ready to grow with us.Key responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming leads and qualify them based on fit.
2. Understand client's business needs and pitch Sandy Media’s services.
3. Conduct cold calling and email outreach to generate new business.
4. Create outreach sequences on LinkedIn and Instagram (DMs + follow-ups).
5. Maintain accurate lead sheets or CRM with follow-ups and notes.
6. Share daily lead updates and conversion status.
7. Present services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and landing pages with clarity.
8. Handle objections and guide prospects until conversion.
9. Coordinate with the marketing/operations/founder for closing high-ticket leads.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales.
2. Strong verbal & written communication in Hindi and English.
3. Confidence in pitching and handling client objections.
4. Strong sales and follow-up mindset.
5. Based in Delhi NCR (remote for now; office setup likely in 3 months).
6. Familiarity with Google Ads/Meta Ads is a bonus.
7. Basic knowledge of CRMs, email tools, or lead tracking (Excel/Sheets).
Key Expectations:
1. Minimum 4–7 quality conversions per month.
2. Timely and professional internal and client communication.
3. Consistent effort even in slow phases.
4. Proactive mindset – not just dependent on inbound leads.
