About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales process optimization: Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
2. CRM management and data analysis: Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data. Analyze sales data and generate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
3. Sales reporting and metrics: Prepare and present regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management to track targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Coordination between sales and other departments: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to support sales operations.
5. Sales support and documentation: Oversee the preparation and management of sales contracts, quotations, and agreements. Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Lead management and distribution: Monitor and manage lead allocation to sales representatives to optimize conversion rates.
7. Training and onboarding: Assist in training new sales team members on sales tools, processes, and company policies.
