Position: Associate – Corporate LawAs an Associate in our Corporate Law practice, you will work closely with clients on a broad range of matters, providing strategic legal advice and execution support.
Key responsibilities:
1. Advisory and execution support for corporate transactions.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
3. Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes.
4. Managing compliance and advising on risk mitigation.
5. Contributing to thought leadership through articles, etc.
