About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing candidates: Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates from various platforms including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
2. Managing recruitment process: Coordinate and conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer finalization.
3. Building talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
4. Collaborating with hiring managers: Understand job requirements and work closely with department heads to align recruitment strategies.
5. Employer branding initiatives: Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other branding activities.
6. Candidate engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
7. Negotiating offers: Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
8. Recruitment metrics & reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
