About the Job
As a Telecaller at Ziro Sustainable Inc., you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of promoting sustainable practices in the community. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients and partners, educating them about our products and services, and ultimately, generating sales and building lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects in both English and Hindi, effectively communicating the benefits of our sustainable solutions.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and drive sales.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update our CRM system with relevant information.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement targeted campaigns to achieve sales goals.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with clients and provide relevant information.
7. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets set by the sales manager to contribute to the overall success of the team.
