About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain features, and generate interest.
2. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
3. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective communication and questioning.
4. Sales & Closing: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and potentially closing sales over the phone.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and excellent service.
6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information.
7. Meeting Targets: Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.
8. Product Knowledge: Staying informed about products, services, and company updates.
9. Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
