About the Job
We are seeking a talented and creative Video & Animation Creator to join our YouTube content production team at Startupcfos.If you are a creative individual with a strong learning attitude in the field of animation and video creation, we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
Design, create, and edit high-quality animated and video content for YouTube and Instagram focused on relationship coaching themes.
Develop visually engaging explainer videos, character animations, and motion graphics that align with the brand's voice and messaging.
Collaborate closely with team to transform ideas, scripts, or rough concepts into polished video content.
Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
Ensure consistency in style, color, tone, and branding across all video outputs.
Manage project timelines and deliver videos within agreed deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest animation tools, video editing software, and content trends on YouTube and Instagram.
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and animation creation (portfolio required).
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Blender, or similar software.
Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram video formats and best practices.
Ability to storyboard and visualize concepts creatively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills for discussing ideas, receiving feedback, and implementing revisions.
