DBGI is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), The Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), Council of Architecture (CO) (and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The institution is affiliated with the Uttarakhand Technical University and Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University (SDSSU).
