About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Drafting & documentation:
1. Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers
2. Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions
B. Tally data entry:
1. Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
2. Reconcile bank entries with Tally data
C. Excel management:
1. Maintain and update financial spreadsheets (cash flow, expense tracking, etc.)
2. Prepare basic financial models and data analysis reports
D. Books of accounts:
1. Assist in monthly book closing and ledger reconciliation
2. Support in finalizing the trial balance and financial statements
E. Compliance support:
1. Help with GST filing documentation
2. Organize audit-related paperwork
