Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Organized design files, training archives, and studio spaces to streamline workflow.
2. Handled scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the Head Designer.
3. Assisted in budget tracking for workshops, training activities, and ongoing design projects.
4. Maintained structured records of training modules, project files, learner submissions, and assessments.
5. Sent timely reminders and followed up on tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
6. Prepared presentations, reports, and meeting notes for the Head Designer.
7. Supported day-to-day design activities, including sketching, fabric sourcing, mood board creation, and sample management.
8. Assisted in content creation and photoshoot coordination.
9. Oversaw aspects of manufacturing and sourcing processes.
