About the Internship
We are Novel Nuggets, a dynamic and growing publishing house committed to empowering writers and delivering exceptional reading experiences. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 'Office Associate' to join our team and support our operations across multiple platforms and departments.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. WhatsApp Management: Responding to author/client queries promptly and professionally.
2. Client Communication: Making calls to clients, handling their concerns, and providing timely support.
3. Documentation: Sending agreements, quotations, and invoices to clients.
4. Project Coordination: Overseeing ongoing publishing projects and ensuring timely completion.
5. Dashboard Creation: Preparing tracking dashboards for project and client updates.
6. E-Commerce Listings: Uploading and managing listings on Kindle, Amazon, Flipkart, and Novel Nuggets Store.
7. Email Campaign Preparation: Coordinating and preparing materials for marketing campaigns.
8. Order Placement: Coordinating with vendors/printers/distributors for timely order processing.
9. ISBN Application: Assisting in obtaining ISBNs and maintaining publishing records.
