About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in conducting sales onboarding training for new joiners.
2. Deliver refresher training sessions to existing sales employees under guidance.
3. Support in updating training materials, presentations, and sales scripts.
4. Help in collecting feedback and training needs through surveys, discussions, and performance data.
5. Monitor learner progress and provide basic feedback or escalate to a senior trainer where needed.
6. Collaborate with business teams to align learning programs with organisational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2. 0–1 year of experience in training, sales enablement, or HR internships (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi).
4. Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
