About the Internship

Le Four is seeking a dynamic 'Bakery Manager Intern' to join our team!As a bakery manager intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in operations, coordination, culinary arts, sales, procurement, and social media marketing. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assisting in overseeing day-to-day bakery operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
2. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper procurement of ingredients and supplies.
3. Collaborating with our culinary team to develop and execute new and innovative bakery products.
4. Driving sales through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
5. Managing social media marketing efforts to build brand awareness and engage with customers online.
6. Analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product offerings and pricing.
7. Assisting in training and supervising bakery staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
