About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Campaign Execution & Marketing Support:
1. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring brand campaigns across digital and social channels.
2. Support ongoing brand initiatives, creator collaborations, and day-to-day marketing operations.
B. Content Creation & Social Media Management:
1. Assist in content planning, ideation, and scheduling across Enrich Salon’s social media platforms.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual and written content
3. Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
C. Influencer & Creator Collaborations:
1. Identify and reach out to influencers and creators for barter collaborations.
2. Coordinate logistics and maintain relationships with partners.
D. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
1. Stay updated on beauty, culture, and digital trends globally and locally.
2. Integrate insights from trends to inspire fresh brand and content ideas.
E. Operational Support:
1. Assist with marketing operations, including reporting, content calendars, and campaign briefs.
2. Support cross-functional coordination with marketing, creative, and partnerships teams.
