About the Internship
As a Brand Operations Intern, intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: You will get hands-on exposure to the day-to-day functioning of a growing D2C startup.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Packing and dispatching customer orders daily
2. Coordinating with courier partners for smooth deliveries
3. Handling routine emails and customer calls
4. Following up with factories, vendors, and suppliers
5. Maintaining and updating Excel/Google Sheets (sales, expenses, inventory)
6. Organising consumer data and reports
7. Assisting with event prep (pop-ups/exhibitions)
