About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand project flow — from client interaction to translating requirements into clear tasks for internal teams.
2. Ensure timely delivery of projects with focus on quality and perfection.
3. Act as the SPOC for clients, managing all communication and expectations.
4. Provide onboarding support and address pre-sales queries about the product.
5. Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering on current and evolving requirements.
6. Proactively resolve issues escalated by clients or the sales team, ensuring ownership of resolution and escalation management.
7. Define, document, and maintain workflow processes, SOPs, SLAs, metrics, and policies.
8. Create documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
9. Document product features for client and internal team clarity.
10. Conduct daily scrum meetings with the team to track progress and address roadblocks.
11. Utilize project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, Jira) for efficient communication and task management.
