About the Internship
We are a fast-growing ride-hailing and parcel delivery startup. We recently launched an Affiliate Program that allows people to earn passive income by referring drivers.As an intern, your job is to recruit and manage 10 individuals who will each build their own affiliate networks. Your goal is to help them build teams, guide them, and ensure they bring in driver referrals through our app.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with college students, coaching centers, and marketing groups in Delhi
2. Onboard 10 motivated individuals who want to earn ₹50,000/month passive income
3. Guide them to build their teams (100+ people each)
4. Manage communication via WhatsApp groups
5. Provide training, support, and motivation
6. Track and document progress
