About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
3. Understand client requirements and align recruitment solutions accordingly.
4. Prepare and deliver business proposals, agreements, and presentations to prospective clients.
5. Achieve business targets related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
6. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
7. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regular follow-ups with clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
