About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to individuals/organizations for information, feedback, or survey purposes.
2. Attend and respond to inbound queries professionally.
3. Maintain accurate call records and update databases regularly.
4. Explain project/survey details clearly to respondents.
5. Gather and record required information as per scripts or questionnaires.
6. Escalate complex queries to the concerned team/manager.
7. Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality standards.
8. Ensure confidentiality of data and sensitive information.
