About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify and research potential leads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
2. Use tools and manual methods to extract contact information (especially WhatsApp numbers) of D2C sellers and small/medium businesses.
3. Reach out to leads via Calls, DMs, WhatsApp messages etc.
4. Qualify the leads based on defined criteria (shipping needs, order volume, pain points).
5. Educate prospects about our services and set up appointments or demos for the sales team.
6. Enter the leads into the CRM system as per the targets.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve the conversion of leads to clients.
