What You'll Do
Lead Engagement & Consultative Selling
Connect with potential learners, understand their aspirations, and help them make informed decisions.
Build strong rapport and address any queries or concerns to guide them toward the right programs.
Pre-Sales & Lead Management
Engage with inbound leads, follow up promptly, and nurture relationships to move them further in the sales pipeline.
Ensure seamless communication and high conversion rates by providing a personalized experience to each prospect.
Relationship Building & Sales Exposure
Develop meaningful connections with learners, becoming their trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.
Work closely with the sales and post-sales teams, getting exposure to the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and retention.
Operational Excellence & Feedback Sharing
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in our CRM systems.
Gather insights from conversations to improve marketing strategies and optimize the admissions process.
Growth & Adaptability
Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.
Be ready to stretch yourself, work on multiple tasks at once, and adapt to our fast-paced startup environment.
What you Bring
Strong Communication & Sales Analytical skills
Understanding of G-Sheets and Excel

Basic Tech & CRM Familiarity
Prior Sales Experience (Bonus, Not Mandatory)
