Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
2. Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
3. Manage customer reviews and feedback across different platforms.
4. Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
6. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
7. Contribute to improving customer support processes and service quality.
