About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Sales executive (fitness & supplements industry)
A. Lead generation & gym partnerships:
1. Identify and approach gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, and supplement retailers.
2. Build a strong pipeline of potential B2B and B2C customers.
B. Product promotion & sales:
1. Present and explain THE SUPPS product range (Whey, Pre-Workouts, Mass Gainers, Creatine, etc.) to potential buyers.
2. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets in both retail and wholesale channels.
C. Fitness event marketing:
1. Represent THE SUPPS at fitness expos, bodybuilding competitions, and community events.
2. Distribute samples and educate attendees on product benefits.
D. Customer education & demos:
1. Conduct product tastings and sampling sessions at gyms or stores.
2. Provide nutritional information and guidance on correct product usage.
E. Relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, trainers, nutritionists, and fitness influencers.
2. Ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
F. Market research & competitor awareness:
1. Stay updated with supplement industry trends and competitor products.
2. Provide feedback to management on pricing, promotions, and new product ideas.
G. Sales reporting & coordination:
1. Maintain accurate daily records of sales calls, visits, and closures.
2. Coordinate with warehouse/operations for timely order fulfillment.
H. After-sales & customer support:
1. Ensure timely follow-up to check product satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
2. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
