About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in generating leads through cold calls, emails, or social media.
2. Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into bookings.
3. Maintain client records and update CRM tools regularly.
4. Help create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
5. Research destinations, hotels, flights, and experiences for potential packages.
6. Assist in preparing quotes and pricing for different travel options.
7. Conduct market research on travel trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
8. Analyze competitor pricing and offerings to help refine sales strategies.
9. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
10. Manage and organize travel documents, brochures, and promotional material.
11. Contribute to content creation for social media or email marketing campaigns.
12. Assist in handling online inquiries through the company website or platforms.
13. Handle pre-sales and post-sales queries.
14. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and support.
