About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Follow up with potential leads from sources such as the website, social media, or referrals.
2. Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to understand their interest in studying abroad.
3. Qualify leads based on academic background, country preferences, and other basic information.
4. Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM system.
5. Reconnect with dormant or dropped-off leads through follow-up messages or calls.
6. Conduct demo sessions with interested leads and work towards converting them.
7. Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
8. Share feedback on lead quality and common queries to improve communication strategies.
9. Prepare simple daily or weekly updates on lead status and follow-up progress.
