About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage Renewals – Handle end-to-end renewal process for existing customer accounts.
2. Client Communication – Call clients proactively before contract expiry to discuss renewal options and take follow-ups.
3. Relationship Building – Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
4. Upsell & Cross-sell – Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell while managing renewals.
5. Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and update the CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
6. Collaboration – Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience.
7. Target Achievement – Meet renewal and retention goals consistently.
