A. Strategic planning:
1. Define company vision, mission, and long-term goals.
2. Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and competitive positioning.
3. Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities.
B. Team leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage department heads or senior team members.
2. Establish performance standards and conduct performance evaluations.
3. Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
C. Operational oversight:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
D. Financial management:
1. Set and manage budgets.
2. Monitor financial performance (P&L, cash flow, ROI).
3. Make investment decisions and manage cost-control initiatives.
E. Stakeholder communication:
1. Communicate with board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
2. Represent the company in public events or industry forums.
3. Build strategic partnerships and alliances.
F. Lead generation & prospecting:
1. Identify new business opportunities through market research.
2. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, or social media.
3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
G. Client relationship management:
1. Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Provide post-sales support and customer service.
H. Sales strategy & execution:
1. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
2. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
3. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
I. Marketing campaigns:
1. Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
2. Work with designers, content writers, and other creatives to craft promotional material.
3. Analyze campaign performance (SEO, email marketing, PPC, etc.)
J. Market & competitor analysis:
1. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
2. Provide feedback to product or management teams based on insights.
3. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
